Spray-in bedliners

Permanent, impact-resistant bedliner installation for trucks. UV-stable polyurea and polyurethane formulations designed for Colorado conditions.

Why spray-in, not drop-in

Drop-in plastic liners seem like a simple solution, but they create a problem most people don't notice until the damage is done. A drop-in liner sits on top of your bed floor without bonding to it. Load shifts around during driving, the liner shifts with it, and moisture gets trapped in the gap between the liner and the metal. That trapped moisture corrodes the bed from underneath, where you can't see it and where paint and coatings offer no protection.

Spray-in bedliners work differently. The polyurea or polyurethane compound is applied directly to the clean, prepared metal surface and bonds to it chemically. There is no gap, no movement, and nowhere for moisture to collect. The result is a surface that moves with the truck bed through temperature cycles and load stress without peeling, cracking, or separating at the edges.

For Colorado drivers dealing with temperature swings, hail seasons, and gravel roads, the difference between a drop-in and a spray-in is the difference between a liner that protects your truck and one that quietly rusts it.

Coverage options

Standard installation covers the bed floor and side walls. Extended coverage areas are available depending on how you use your truck. Each option is applied in the same spray-in process with the same bonded finish.

Standard bed coverage (floor and walls)

Wheel well coverage

Tailgate interior coverage

Running board and step coverage

Exterior side panel protection

What the installation covers

Wheel well coverage protects the areas most exposed to gravel and road debris. Tailgate interior coverage extends the liner to one of the most used surfaces on any truck. Running board treatment gives working trucks a durable non-slip surface that stands up to daily use.

During your appointment, the technician will discuss your use case and recommend coverage areas based on how and where you drive. A daily-use contractor truck has different needs than a truck used primarily for camping and hauling recreational gear.

What happens when you call

Call (719) 667-2900 and let us know you're interested in a spray-in bedliner. We'll ask about your truck, what you haul, and what coverage areas you're considering. From there, we schedule an installation appointment at our Fillmore location.

On the day of installation, the bed surface is cleaned and any bare metal areas are prepped before application. The liner material is sprayed in one continuous application for a consistent finish with no seams or joints. After curing, the truck is ready for pickup.

Cost and timeline

Pricing depends on the size of your truck bed, the coverage areas selected, and the liner formulation used. Standard bed coverage is priced differently than full extended coverage including wheel wells, tailgate, and running boards. Call (719) 667-2900 for a specific estimate based on your truck.

Installation appointments are typically available within one week at our Fillmore location. The application itself takes a few hours including prep time and curing. Most customers drop off in the morning and pick up the same afternoon.

Built for how you use your truck

Phil Long's installation team has applied bedliners on everything from daily-use pickups and contractor work trucks to towing rigs and off-road builds. The liner formulation and coverage plan are matched to your actual use case, not a one-size-fits-all package.

UV-stable formulations hold their color in Colorado's high-altitude sun exposure. Textured finishes provide grip for sliding cargo in and out. The bonded surface will not yellow, crack, or develop the chalky fade that affects some aftermarket coatings after a few years.

A spray-in bedliner is one of the most cost-effective ways to maintain the value and condition of a truck you plan to own for years. Once applied correctly, it requires no maintenance and does not need to be removed for cleaning or replaced when it wears out.
