The Motor City Drive location is Phil Long Collision Center's primary facility and the largest of the two Colorado Springs locations. It handles the full range of collision repair work, including structural and frame repair, paint refinishing, glass replacement, hail damage repair, and ADAS calibration.

This location holds nine OEM manufacturer certifications, including Ford Certified Collision Network, Ford Aluminum Certified, Mercedes-Benz Preferred, Audi Preferred, Kia Certified, Hyundai Certified, Subaru Certified, and Corvette Certified. These certifications require the facility to maintain specific equipment, tooling, and technician training standards set by each manufacturer.

Phil Long is the only Ford Aluminum Certified collision center in Colorado Springs. This designation requires a dedicated aluminum repair area with separate tooling and filtration, and covers aluminum-intensive vehicles including the F-150, F-150 Lightning, and other Ford models with aluminum body structures.

Insurance coordination is handled in-house. Phil Long contacts your insurer directly, manages adjuster communication, submits estimates, and handles supplemental claims if additional damage is found during teardown. You pay your deductible at pick-up.
